Bookings can be made online or by phone and are confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Bay hire is charged per hour, per bay, regardless of group size.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Set out your cancellation window and any deposit terms here.
Players use the simulators and equipment at their own risk and must follow staff instructions and safety guidance at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service.
You are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or the venue through misuse. Detail your liability terms here.
We want everyone to enjoy their visit. Abusive or unsafe behaviour, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that affects safety, may result in being asked to leave without refund.
